Vietnam business visa for Korean citizens
Vietnam business visa allows for single or multiple visits and may be valid from one to twelve months. It is usually issued to people who travel to Vietnam on business-related activities. Also, it may be used for non-business purposes such as family visits, working, and tourism. What documents required?
The documents you need to provide in the application include:
• Copy of your passport photo page: passport should be valid for 6 months after the end date of the visa.
• Tentative travel date: this is the first day of your visa validity period. You are permitted to enter Vietnam anytime within validity of the visa.

What is the processing time?
Processing time is calculated in working days, excludes weekends and public holidays. Once we have received your application, then your visa approval (see picture below) will be issued by Immigration Department within 3 working days (for short-stay visa) and 7 working days (for long-stay visa) on standard service or 1-2 working days (short-stay visa) and 3 working days (long-stay visa) on express service. Please bear in mind that the applications for 1/3 months business visa must be submitted by 9:00 am (Vietnam time) for 1 working day express service.

How to get a business visa on arrival with approval?
All international airports of Vietnam offer visa on arrival service with the same requirements as follows:
• Origin passport
• Print copy of visa approval
• A color passport photo taken against a white background and not be older than 6 months (if you do not have a photo in advance, it can be taken on arrival for $5)
• Completed entry-exit form (download here)
• Stamping fee
After getting off the airplane, you quickly head to the immigration counter and submit requirements to receive the visa stamp. The time needed to grant your visa is dependent on the length of the queue in front of the counter.
