Step 4: Make a print copy of the approval and complete entry-exit form, prepare 01 passport-sized photo and stamping fee.

Step 5: Fly to Vietnam. Head to “Landing Visa” counter and present your passport with approval, entry-exit form, and photo. Depending on length of queue, it takes 15-20 minutes for the visa to be granted. Once the visa is ready, the officer will read out your name and request stamping fee. You make the payment and receive the passport back.

Option 3: Get visa at embassy

If you wish to get full visa stam before arrival, contact with the nearest embassy or consulate of Vietnam to submit appliation.

• Vietnam visa fee: should be paid in form of money order, cashier’s check, or company check payable to “Embassy of Vietnam”.

Processing time: 5 business days on normal service and 1-2 business days on expedite service.
