How to get Vietnam visa in washington,United States
The newest regulation related to Vietnam visa policy for US citizens has allowed 1-month, 3-month and 6-month visas to be re-issued from 19th December, 2016. The stamping fees at the airport also changed accordingly.
There are two legitimate ways to obtain a Vietnam visa in Washington:
1. By getting a Visa on Arrival

Required documents for a Vietnam visa application include:
- A valid origin passport with at least 6 month validity and blank pages left.
- A completed application form you can download at Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs website http://visa.mofa.gov.vn
- A latest passport-sized photo with your bare face on white background.
- Vietnam visa fee is paid in cash, stamping fee included.
- Prepaid return envelop if you want to get the passport back by post.
Notes:
- Make sure your passport has at least 6 months of validity and left pages.
- Visa on arrival is only available with air travelers.
- Different staying durations allowed with different long-term visas: 90 days (6-month and 1-year multiple entry tourist visas); 180 days (6-month multiple entry business visa); 365 days (1-year multiple entry business visa).
