Apply for a Vietnam visa on arrival (VOA)

Step 1: A scanned photo of passport which contains applicant’s personal data, information of supposed date of arrival and name of arrival airport must be sent to email [email protected]. You shouldn’t book flights before receiving approval letter.

Step 2: A link for payment will sent to you. Use your credit/debit card to pay for the application fee. When the payment is made successfully, your application will get started to be processed. If the application gets rejected, your money is returned 100%.

We offer a price of $135 for one-month single visa for Turkish passport holders.

Step 3: Normal standard to process a Turkish application is from 5 to 7 days. We aren’t able to offer urgent service. The approval letter will be sent to your email.

After receiving the letter, check several times for any errors. If there is, get back to us as soon as possible for correction.

Step 4: At the airport, you will use this approval letter to get the real visa stamp on your passport. Submit original passport, print copy approval letter, 01 passport-sized photo and a completed entry-exit form (sent with the letter) at Landing visa/Visa upon arrival desk/counter. Apply for Vietnam visa at an Embassy of Vietnam in Turkey

Please notice that the embassy of Vietnam in Turkey does not grant Vietnam visa for local citizens as its service. But you can receive visa stamp which is pre-arranged and pre-approved by Vietnam Immigration Department via a travel agent at any Embassy of Vietnam including the embassy in Turkey.
