The approval letter usually comes with an entry-exit form. You should fill out the form and attach it with a passport-sized photo before travel. This helps you save much time on arrival.

Period 2: Collect visa stamp on arrival

Upon arrival, you approach Visa On Arrival Window and show the letter of approval, original passport, entry-exit form. • Prepaid return envelope: must be included if you want the passport to be sent back by post. One envelope can be used for more than 01 application.
• Visa fee: should be paid by cash when you apply in person. For postal application, the payment should be in form of money order, cashier’s check or certified check.
