Step 2: Pay visa fee online with credit/debit card via Onepay/Paypal or Western Union. The Vietnam visa fee varies depending on type of visa and processing time. Typical processing time for tourist visa is 2 business days and for business visa is 3-5 business days. Additional fee applies for urgent service.

Step 3: Receive visa approval and an entry-exit form. Check accuracy of approval and fill out the entry/exit as per request. Then print them out.

Step 4: Show approval to board the plane.
