• Original passport: with at least 6 months validity 
• Print copy of visa approval
• Entry and exit form: completed and attached to a passport-sized photo taken against white background. The form is usually delivered together with the approval by the agency.

Step 3: Submit the application form with your original passport (or passport copy) and proof of payment (check, money order, or certified check) to address of embassy or consulate in U.S.A. If you are applying by post, then a prepaid return envelop must be enclosed so that the embassy can sendthe visa to you.

Step 4: The processing time is 3-5 business days for normal service and 1-2 business days for expedited service. Thus, you are expected to receive the visa and passport after 1 week.  To avoid last-minute problem, we advise you to submit application at least 2 weeks in advance of the journey.
