The Vietnam visa price through us starts at $47 for a 1-month, single-entry e-visa, with the $25 government fee already included, and at $28 per person for a visa on arrival letter, plus a stamping fee paid at the airport. You can apply for a Vietnam e-visa online and see the total before you pay. VietnamVisa-Easy.com is a private visa service operated by H2 Global Travel JSC since 2012, not a government website. You can apply directly at evisa.gov.vn for US$25.

The price you pay with us depends on two choices: how long the e-visa lasts and how fast you need it.

How much is a visa for Vietnam?

For most travelers, a visa for Vietnam costs $47 to $82 through us at Standard speed, or $25 to $50 if you apply yourself on evisa.gov.vn. Faster speeds cost more, up to $280 for a multiple-entry e-visa at the Weekend & Public Holidays speed. A 3-month e-visa costs the same as a 1-month one.

The gap between the two routes at Standard speed is $22 for a single entry, and a little more for multiple entry. That difference pays for a staff check of your form before it is submitted, faster speeds, a refund if the e-visa is refused, and someone to message during support hours, 8:00 to 21:00 (GMT+7). There is no card surcharge, and you pay by credit or debit card.

These are our full Vietnam visa fees per applicant, government fee included. A 1-month e-visa covers most holidays; a 3-month e-visa suits longer trips or several visits.

The exact delivery time for your order, in Vietnam time (GMT+7), is shown as the estimated delivery time before you pay. If your trip is more than a week away, Standard is usually enough; our page on normal processing times explains how long each step takes.

Urgent visa costs

An urgent e-visa costs from $118 for Same day to $219 for Last-Minute Emergency, single entry; the Weekend & Public Holidays speed costs $250. These speeds are for travelers who fly within a day or two.

Which one you need depends on the time you order in Vietnam. For example, Same day ordered between 8:00 and 14:14 (GMT+7) on a working day arrives by 18:00, and Last-Minute Emergency can be ordered until 17:30. Our urgent Vietnam visa page has every cut-off time and the weekend rules.

If you already applied yourself on evisa.gov.vn and the application is still pending, you pay only a service fee to speed up a pending e-visa, starting at $52 per applicant for 3 working days. The government fee you paid stays with the government.

Visa on arrival charges

Vietnam visa charges for visa on arrival come in two parts: our service fee for the approval letter, paid online, and the stamping fee, paid at the airport when you land.

The stamping fee is paid in cash, and US dollars are the safest currency to bring. Visa on arrival works only at airports; our service covers Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Cam Ranh. If you are ready, you can apply for visa on arrival online.

The government Vietnam visa fee

The government Vietnam visa fee is $25 for a single-entry visa and $50 for a multiple-entry visa of up to 90 days. Children under 14 pay $25 whatever the visa type.

These rates are set by Circular No. 28/2026/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance, in force since 1 April 2026, as reported by the Vietnam Government's news site. The fee is the same whether you apply yourself on evisa.gov.vn or through an agency. Paid directly on evisa.gov.vn, it is not refunded if the application is refused.

Children, families and groups

Every traveler, including a baby, needs their own e-visa or visa on arrival letter, so a family pays one price per person. One e-visa order covers up to 5 applicants, and one visa on arrival order covers up to 20.

For two adults on a 1-month, single-entry visa at the slowest speed, the e-visa costs less in total: two e-visas at $47 each, paid online, against two visa on arrival letters at $28 each plus two stamping fees of $25 in cash at the airport. With the e-visa you also skip the visa counter queue on arrival. Visa on arrival can still make sense for a large group flying in together.

Refunds

Our refunds are tied to two events: a refusal and a late delivery.

• E-visa refused: we refund 100%, including the government fee, unless the information you gave was wrong or incomplete.
• E-visa late: if it arrives after the estimated delivery time shown at checkout, we refund 100%.
• Speed-up service for a pending application: our fee is not refunded unless we miss the delivery time shown at checkout.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 5-7 business days. Once an application has been submitted to the Vietnam Immigration Department, it cannot be cancelled. No price or speed guarantees approval; the decision belongs to the Vietnam Immigration Department.
