Acceptance of Terms

We, Vietnam Visa Easy, reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the changes.

Cancellations & Refunds 

• Full Refund Policy: If your visa application is officially rejected by the Vietnam Immigration Department, we will refund 100% of all fees paid, including both our service fee and the government processing fee. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. No refund will be provided if the rejection, delay, or error is caused by incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the applicant. This includes wrong name, date of birth, passport number, nationality, or passport scan. Once your application has been submitted to the Vietnam Immigration Department for processing, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued in this case. We process your visa based 100% on the information you provide. Please double-check all details before submitting. 

Errors & Corrections

We strive to process your visa accurately. Please review your application and visa carefully upon receipt. Processing time begins only after we receive your full payment and correct information. If you find any errors in the visa letter, please contact us immediately for instant assistance. If the error is caused by us, we will issue a new visa free of charge. If the error is caused by incorrect information from the applicant, a new application with full fees is required. If we do not receive any error notification within 7 days, we will assume the information is correct and will not be responsible for any issues at entry.

Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer. Processing of your application will only begin after full payment has been successfully verified

Processing Time & Service Completion

Standard Processing: 5-7 business days.

Urgent Processing: 1 hour or 1 business day. Additional urgent fees apply.

Our service is considered complete once the visa letter is sent to your registered email address. It is your responsibility to notify us if you do not receive it within 24 hours. If no notice is received within 7 days, we will assume successful delivery.

We are not responsible for any losses, delays, or cancellations of flights, tours, or accommodation due to visa rejection, processing delays, or issues caused by incorrect applicant information or technical issues beyond our control.

To avoid problems, we strongly recommend applying at least 10-14 days before your departure date.
