Vietnamese tourist visa online

Vietnam tourist visa online is type of visa applied online but picked up directly upon arrival at the airport. Therefore, it works excellently for air travelers only. The visitors entering Vietnam by land or sea are not eligible for online Vietnam tourist visa.

How to apply?

Step 1.

Click on APPLY ONLINE button on our website to fill out the Vietnam visa application form electronically. The requested information include your personal information (full name, date of birth, passport number, nationality, gender) and visa information (type of visa, purpose of the trip, proposed date of entry). After submitting the application form, you’ll receive a confirmation email informing that your visa request has bent sent successfully and requesting you to double check your submitted information in our email. If you find a mistake, notify us immediately for correction.

Step 2.

After the Vietnam visa application has been well-received, you have to pay the processing fee with credit/debit card via Onepay/Paypal or with cash via Western Union or bank transfer. Please remember that if you skip this step, you visa application will not be processed by Vietnam Immigration Department. The visa process only starts when we receive your full payment.

Step 3.

Within 2 business days (normal process) or less (urgent service), you’ll receive a visa approval letter along with entry and exit from via email.  Print the letter and complete the entry and exit form in advance to prepare for stamping process at the airport.

Step 4.

At Vietnam’s airport, you are requested to present the original passport, visa approval letter, entry and exit form, 01 passport photo and stamping fee to get visa stamped onto the passport. Lastly, you just need to pick up the Vietnamese tourist visa and enjoy the trip.

Visa validity: Vietnam visa on arrival allows the tourists to stay in Vietnam for 1 to 3 months. Its validity begins from the proposed date of entry you entered in the application form.
