How to get Vietnam visa in Colorado Springs,United States

So you have planned to visit Vietnam. Here’s handy guide for you to get Vietnam visa in Colorado Springs as easy as possible.

Basically, US citizens are given 2 options to obtain visa to Vietnam:

1.  Apply at Vietnam Embassy/Consulate in U.S.A

2.  Apply online for approval in order to receive visa on arrival

 The scanned copy of visa approval is sent via email within 01 to 48 business hours. In the email, you also find an entry-exit form which is required for submission on arrival. Filling out the form in advance helps save time getting visa stamped at airport. One passport photo (taken against white background) should be affixed to the form. To avoid any inconvenience at port of entry, you’re recommended checking the letter for error. If any mistake is found, you must notify immediately to us.

Stage 2: Get visa stamp at arrival airport

The visa on arrival service is available at 4 international airports including Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh and Phu Quoc. If you arrive at a Vietnam’s airport and immediately check in next flight to another destination of Vietnam, the visa must be collected at the first airport. In case you do not have enough time to implement stamping process, it’s recommended to use stamping assistance service. Each airport sets up a Visa On Arrival Window to process visa stamp for foreign visitors. You are required to submit original passport, visa approval, and entry-exit form to receive the visa stamp. About 10-20 minutes later, the visa is delivered to you. Before getting the passport back, you have to pay stamping fee ($25 for single visas, $50 for multiple visas) by CASH in American Dollar or VN Dong.  Other payment methods are not accepted.
