Passport requirement:

At arrival airport
At “landing visa” window, you are instructed to present the approval with valid passport, completed entry/exit form, and 01 passport-sized photo. The customs officer will call out your name when the visa is ready. You have to pay some stamping fee before getting the passport back. • Valid original passport

• 01 passport-sized photo taken against white background within the past 6 months. A loose-leaf visa needs 2 photos.
• A prepaid envelope for return of the passport. One envelope can be used for a group of applicants. For your documents safety, the embassy advises you to use USPS Express Mail, DHL/Express Mail, certified mail or Fedex with the tracking numbers.
• Vietnam visa fee: can be paid by money order, cashier’s check, or company check payable to “Embassy of Vietnam”.
