The average time to process a Vietnam visa application is 2 working days. This time is quite fast compared to processing time at Vietnam Embassy/Consulate. As schedule, the applicants will receive their visa approval letter after 2 working days since the date of payment. With urgent service, the processing time is 1 working day only. Still, there is something that you need to know before applying for an urgent visa Vietnam.

If you submit Vietnam visa application and service fee by 10:00 AM (Vietnam time), the visa approval letter will be completed at 6: 00 PM on the same day. And if you complete both of them after 10:00 AM, the visa apprpoval letter will be done at 12: AM of the next day.

In case you wish to receive visa approval letter within a few hours, we suggest that you should using super-urgent service. In detail, you will get visa approval letter by 12:00 AM if application and payment are confirmed before 10:00 AM (Vietnam time). For applications and payment that are submitted from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, we will send visa approval letter at 6:00 PM on the same day.
