Long stay Vietnam business visa for Indian is valid from 6 months to 1 year allowing multiple entry. It is recommended to Indian visitors wishing to remain in Vietnam as long as possible and Indian businessmen traveling frequently between two countries. 

Update: Long term business visa is no longer issued for Indian passport holders. The longest visa at the moment is 3 months. We will update if the 6-month and 1-year visas are resumed.

What are requirements?

You are not required to have a business partner to apply for a long business visa through Vietnam Visa Easy. Things should be submitted include:

• A scanned copy of passport (only one page containing your personal information)
• Tentative travel date (this will be the first day of visa validity)
• Expected visa validity: 6 months or 1 year
• Vietnam Embassy/Consulate address (needed if you would like to get visa stamped at embassy/consulate)

- Full payment must be made before we process the visa. We commit to refunding 100% of the fee if the application is rejected.

What’s the next step?

The final step is getting the visa stamp. Whether you collect the visa on arrival or at the embassy, the same documents must be submitted. They include:

• Origin passport: must be valid for longer than 6 months
• Print copy of visa approval
• 01 passport-sized colored photograph: taken against a white background. If you do not prepare the photo before arrival, you can get it at the studio on arrival for $5
• Completed entry-exit form (download here)
• Stamping fee: $ 95 for 6 months business visa and $ 135 for 1 year business visa

Please be aware that the embassy may not grant visa on the same day. You may wait for a few days or pay an extra fee to speed up the process. For the visa on arrival, you are recommended to use stamping assistance service to avoid long queues at the airport or any difficulties made by the officer. The service fee for a quick visa stamp is $11/person.
