All Vietnam Embassies and Consulates have their own website. Some of them upload visa application form on it so that the applicants could download to the computer and fill out. In all Vietnam visa application forms, the applicants must answer 2 kinds of information:

1. Visa information

-  Type of visa: single or multiple, 1 month or 3 months

-  Purpose of visit: tourism

-  Date of arrival: this should be the best expected date of arrival. This is also the date that your visa will be valid from.

-  Date of exit: provide the proposed date of exit from Vietnam. Please note that you must leave Vietnam before your visa expires.

-  Port of entry: Hanoi/Danang/Hochiminh (these airports can be interchangable. There is no problem if you do not arrive at the airport you entered in the form)

-  Kind of service: Normal or rush visa service

2. Personal information

-  Full name: it must be exactly as it is shown in your passport

-  Passport number: be careful to enter your passport number because it is extremely important

-  Passport expiration date: your passort should have at least 6 month validity prior to date of entry to Vietnam

-  Birthday:dd/mm/yy

-  Gender: male or female

-  Nationality: write name of your country
