When should we apply for a visa to Vietnam
Hi, My friend and I will be planning to visit Ho Chi Minh around May 27. We don't know exact date yet but will be a few days before or after. Since visa is valid for one month; does it count the day I apply or the day I enter Vietnam?? Also, when should I apply for Vietnam visa? Kindly let me know. thank you.

Thanks for your question!
Please inform that your Vietnam visa has one month- validity since arrival date in your application, not since the date of Vietnam visa application submission. Therefore, you could apply for visa anytime as long as your arrival date should be the earliest to your estimated date you come to Vietnam.
For example: If your visa is one month single entry and your submitted arrival date is 24 June 2013, the visa is valid from 24 June 2013 to 24 July 2013, and you can enter Vietnam anytime between this duration but you must leave by 24 July 2013.
