Step 3: Receive visa approval letter via email

Within 2 business days (normal service), 1 business day (urgent service), or a couple of hours (super-urgent service), the visa approval letter and entry and exit form will be emailed to you. Complete the form correctly and print out the letter as directed in the email we sent to you.

Step 4: Pick up the  visa Vietnam on arrival
