Vietnam visa on arrival express

Compared to the visa process at Vietnam Embassies, the process of visa approval letter is much faster. For normal service, the process just takes 2 working days (office hours) to complete. Applying for visa on arrival on our website, the applicants can receive visa approval letter within 1 working day or 4 working hours if requesting urgent Vietnam visa on arrival service.

At present, we have 3 kinds of express service:

* 1-day express (urgent service)

- For the visa application form and payment are made before 10:00 am (VN time GMT +7)

Collection time: 6:00 pm on the same day

- For the visa application form and payment are made before 3:00 pm (VN time GMT +7)

Collection time: 12:00 am of the following day

* 4-hour express (super-urgent service: not applicable for 3 month multiple visa)

- If applicants send the visa application form and pay the fee before 10:00 am (VN time GMT +7)

Collection time: 12:00 am on the same day

- If applicants send the visa application form and pay the fee before 3:00 pm (VN time GMT +7)

Collection time: 06:00 pm on the same day

* One-hour service 

- The visa approval letter will be emailed to you within 1 hour after the application and payment are well-submitted. If you request to get the letter in 1 hour, kindly call us at hotline: +84 966 53 93 63 (Ms. Helen) or email to support@vietnamvisa-easy.com. Please do note that the one hour service is applicable to 1 month single only.
