How to apply for the letter

 . It is required document for applicants to get on board and get visa stamped when landing at Vietnam’s airport (Hanoi, Danang, Ho Chi Minh). Without visa approval letter, you can not get on plane and of course, can not pick up visa on arrival at the airport.  Below are 3 steps to get a visa approval letter:

- Fill out the online visa application form

- Pay service fee to get visa approval letter

- Receive visa approval letter via email after 2 working days

At the airport, the applicants are advised to go straight to Immigration Area and present the documents including:  original passport, visa approval letter, entry and exit form, one passport-sized photo and stamping fee  (USD 45 for single entry, USD 65 for 1 month multiple entry, and USD 95 for 3 month multiple entry). The visa stamping process will be completed within 15 minutes.

Note:

- Your passport should have at least 6 month validity from the time of entry to avoid hassle with the airlines.

- Complete the entry and exit form beforehand to save time at the airport.

- Prepare at least one recent passport-sized photo if you do not want to waste time and money in taking photos at the airport.

- Stamping assistance service is highly recommended for those who enter Vietnam for the first time or those who need a rush Vietnamvisa because the stamping process may take a long time if there are a lot of foreigners getting visa stamped.
