Can my visa application be rejected?

Yes. However, the posibility is very small. Your Vietnam visa application is rejected only when you are named in the blacklist of Immigration Department. Therefore, if you have good immigration history in Vietnam, you don’t have to worry about it at all. The Immigration Department has no reason to reject your visa application.

What if you fail to obtain visa on arrival?

In case your visa application is not approved for any reasons, we will refund the whole money that you have paid to us into your credit card account. Once again, we emphasize that your Vietnam visa on arrival can not be refused unless you had previous immigration issues or violations on record.

Before applying

- Make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months ahead from the arrival date to Vietnam

- Make sure that all information in you visa application form is totally correct.
