On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Sapa tourism, People’s committee of Sapa District (Lao Cai) has conducted locals, agencies, units to plant flowers at offices, schools, restaurants, hotels; encourage households to grow more flowers and ornamental plants in the yard or in a pot to display at front stoop.
Sapa district will offer free seed and free guidance on growing techniques for households involved on this occasion. Besides, Sapa district will spend a mount of money to improve Xuan Vien park at the center of Sapa town and grow more ornamental plants, flowers around tourism lake of Sapa.
